Doing just what is expected of you is no longer enough. The client must always feel that he comes first.

I had my first contact with real estate in 2006 while studying at Comenius University. From the very beginning I was inclined towards value-added real estate. My first big experience was the sale of a mansion to a foreign investor, and this experience certainly had an impact on my future direction.

Since 2008, I have worked in a real estate company that was part of the Sotheby's International Realty brand. Later, already as a director, I had the opportunity to fully use my potential in relation to providing superior services in mediating the sale and lease of real estate, especially in Bratislava and its surroundings. In 2014, the relationship of the then company was transformed, resulting in the creation of the RIVERS REAL ESTATE brand, which I own and actively manage.

When working with real estate, the most important thing for me is that the client perceives that the broker is there for him, that he can contact him at any time and, most importantly, that he can rely on him. Through the efforts and professional approach of the broker, at the end of the cooperation, whether in a sale or a lease, the client should perceive the commission not as an expense, but as money well invested in the deal.
