The salary of a real estate broker is really exceptional, and the maximum income is not limited in any way. The salary is set up to motivate a real estate broker to achieve his/ her goals. Remuneration conditions differ depending on the type of position (an internal or external real estate broker). The form of cooperation is subject to mutual agreement.

Basic overview of the tasks
- Acquisition of new real estate. In the acquisition, we focus mainly on the residential sector in premium projects and locations in Bratislava and its surroundings.
- Active creation of a portfolio of clients (sale, purchase and lease of above-standard real estate) and communication with clients.
- Processing the chosen real estate into your own portfolio for promotional purposes (this includes the process of drawing up quotes in the RIVERS system and promotional materials).
- Comprehensive service in the sale and lease of real estate while running the real estate business.
- Creating internal analyzes of real estate prices.
- Real estate showings with potential clients.
- Business negotiations.
- Creating and managing databases.
- Regular reporting on the condition of the brokered property to the property owner.
Employee requirements
- Education: secondary school with school-leaving exam (certificate).
- Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English is a must.
- Knowledge of several languages, as well as experience in sales is an advantage.
- Knowledge of working on PC and the internet.
- Class B driving license.
- Excellent communication skills, pleasant demeanor.
- Maximum commitment, independence, flexibility.
