About the project

Panorama City is a multifunctional building that is part of the modern architecture of the Old Town on the banks of the Danube. The project is interesting for its architecture with two iconic towers of an original triangular shape, which have 33 floors. The supporting system of the buildings is formed by a reinforced concrete frame, the window structure is aluminum and forms the outer shell of the buildings. The building was designed by the Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill, and the project itself was processed by PT spol. with r. o., under the leadership of architect Juraj Hermann. Construction began in July 2013, and approval took place in 2016. The developer is J&T REAL ESTATE, A.S., an experienced and proven developer of new buildings.
